LFEHosts (MYH Marketing) provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available.
By submitting an online order form, or by using LFEHosts' service, Customer hereby agrees to the following Privacy Policy. Customer agrees that it shall comply with this Privacy Policy, LFEHosts' Terms of Service (TOS), LFEHosts' Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and LFEHosts' No-Spam Policy (NSP). In this document, the word "Agreement," with a capital "A," refers to the TOS, the AUP, the NSP, and the Privacy Policy collectively.
1. Commitment to Your Privacy.
In the course of serving its customers, we acquire, store and transmit our customer communications and information. Some of this information - such as the customer's name, address, telephone number, is provided by customers in order to establish service.
We believe that the confidentiality and security of information is one of our fundamental responsibilities, therefore we will respect the information they have shared with us and we will not disclose, rent or sell them to third parties.
2. Hosted Web Site, Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms and Third Party Sites.
Information that you disclose in a public space, including on any bulletin board, chat room, or Web site that LFEHosts may host for you as part of your LFEHosts services, is available to anyone else who visits that space. LFEHosts cannot safeguard any information you disclose in these locations.
Additionally, LFEHosts Web sites may contain links to sites that belong to third parties unrelated to LFEHosts. These sites have separate data and privacy practices independent of LFEHosts, and we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions.
3. Sharing.
- 3.1. Legal Disclaimer.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
- 3.2. Service Providers.
For some services, we have to share contact information with other companies to provide specific services. An example is domain registration where we have to provide valid contact information for your site.
- 3.3. Agents.
We use an outside credit card processing company to bill you for services. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any purposes other than to bill you for our services.
